Evelyn A. Yaeger is a graduate of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, and received her B.A. from American University in Washington, D.C. with a double major in International Studies and Economics. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and the State of California, as well as the Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern District federal courts.
Evelyn spent the majority of her legal career practicing at boutique law firms in Texas where she gained significant experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts. She has more than thirty years of experience handling a variety of tort cases, commercial litigation, intellectual property and business disputes. Evelyn has also represented clients in contested matters in administrative proceedings.
Evelyn is trained in basic mediations, and in addition has received advanced training in family mediations, business disputes, and truancy.
She has been named a Super Lawyer Rising Star by Texas Monthly Magazine, and is a member of the State Bar of Texas ADR section and the alternative dispute resolution section of the Dallas Bar Association. Evelyn also volunteers with the Harris County Dispute Resolution Center.
